We want to keep up-to-date about new and effective ways of learning and we strive to incorporate new, scientifically proven methods into our programs. Collaborative work is an important part of receiving and sharing new ideas. We are very interested in collaborative projects related to study program development, especially online learning development, entrepreneurship studies and increasing teacher competence. So far, we have experience with ESR, Erasmus+ and regionally specific projects.
Together with Team-Academy in Finland, which has been developing teamcoaching skills and been training entrepreneurs already for over 25years we can offer a truly unique experience of training for teachers to learn coachingskills that can be used in everyday work as a teacher.
